The "Enneagram" seminar helped each member of our management team:

- to have better knowledge and better understanding of his or her preferred way of operating,
- to be aware of its advantages and limitations,
- to identify and explore the complementary routes (Types) which are in fact all possibilities for personal development and enrichment.

The modules, through a mix of theory and practical exercises, open up possibilities for breaking away from our usual way of functioning, in a secure context.

Thanks to the Enneagram, each member of our management team has been able to extend his or her range of responses, have a better understanding of his or her colleagues and co-workers, and – the icing on the cake – to enrich his or her private and personal life. Today the Enneagram “is alive" within our team and contributes to its dynamics.
