Teamwork

The Enneagram describes 9 different viewpoints which, although they are not integrated but juxtaposed, tend to be sources of misunderstanding between individuals.

Since the Enneagram is primarily a personal approach, experiencing it as a team is only possible if each team member has agreed to this and if the situation is not a conflict situation.

Essentially we practice it with teams of managers wishing to give a powerful boost to their common work, with a view to medium term growth.
